Adam Khoo is an entrepreneur, a best-selling author and a peak performance trainer. He is the Executive Chairman and Chief Master Trainer of Adam Khoo Learning Technologies Group Pte Ltd and a director of seven other private companies. Adam is also a director of the Singapore Health Promotion Board (HPB).

Adam Khoo holds an honours degree in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore and was ranked among the top 1% of academic achievers of his cohort. He was also one of the pioneers in the NUS Talent Development Program, also known today as the university's Gifted Program. Most recently, Adam was also conferred the NUS Business School's Eminent Business Alumni Award for being one of Singapore's top business leaders.

He has to date eight written nine best-selling books including ‘I Am Gifted, So Are You!’ that was ranked MPH#1 best-seller in 1998 and 1999. His other books include ‘How to Multiply Your Child’s Intelligence’ & ‘Clueless in Starting a Business’. His book ‘Master Your Mind, Design Your Destiny’ which was the second highest selling book in Singapore in 2004, was on the best-sellers list for 36 consecutive weeks. His most recent books are ‘Nurturing the Winner and Genius in Your Child’, launched in April 2008.

Adam is known as one of the most dynamic and powerful speakers in Asia, having motivated and trained over 200,000 professionals, managers, executives, salespeople, teachers and students in areas like Entrepreneurship, Strategic Marketing and Sales, Motivation, Presentation and Communication Skills and Accelerated Learning Techniques and Behavioral Change Technologies, among other areas. He has worked with hundreds of multi-national corporations, schools and non-profit organizations in Singapore and around the region.

In 2008, Adam was awarded the NUS Business School Eminent Alumni Award for being one of Singapore’s most successful and prominent business leaders.

Gary Lee 

Master Trainer
Regional Head of Training Development 

Mr. Gary Lee is the Head of Training Development for Adam Khoo Learning Technologies Group (AKLTG) Pte. Ltd. He focuses on many aspects of training which includes recruitment and training new trainers and developing new programs while enhancing the existing flagship programs conducted by the company. A Trainer since the year 2000, Gary has trained participants regionally in countries including Malaysia, Singapore, India and Indonesia. His core competencies include personal empowerment, emotional intelligence and developing professional excellence given his background in program development, NLP, therapy, leadership and brain based learning.

As a certified Trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming™ (NLP), Brain based learning and an MBTI accredited Facilitator, Gary coaches numerous people towards professional and personal excellence in the adult programs that AKLTG has under its wing. Today, he mentors working professionals to reignite their motivation and passion to better their communication at work and at home. As a certified Master clinical Hypnotherapist and hypnotist under National Guild of Hypnotists (NGH) and International Association of Counselors and Therapists (IACT), Gary uses the knowledge he has to help teams resolve conflicts, help adults understand their learning and working styles, and helping employers bring out the best that they can be in an organization.

Once a below average student, Gary used the strategies and methodologies that he shares today to catapult himself to the top 5% in his Secondary School. Gary has since graduated from the National University of Singapore with a degree in Computer Science. While studying in NUS till 2004, he balanced his time between his academic and rigorous career as a trainer effectively. Currently, Gary is pursuing postgraduate studies to further enhance his repertoire of skills to help create individuals and organizations alike. He was also personally trained under many other gurus in their own specialized fields including CEO of AKLTG, Mr. Adam Khoo, NLP™ Master Trainer, Dr. Tad James, creator of Timeline Therapy™, Creator of NLP™ Dr. Richard Bandler in the United States, Dr. George Bein and Eric Jensen, author and pioneer of many well-known brain based learning materials and programs.

Gary lives by the success paradigms he shares with the people he has trained. Amidst his daily training schedule, he is also currently a director of a learning company and a company that focuses on nutrition and wellness. In his many entrepreneurial endeavors, Gary has learnt and mastered the various challenges in business building and managing people which he infuses into his training.

Combining enthusiasm with a dynamic speaking style and energetic presence, he has trained over 100,000 people from all walks of life, ranging from professionals, executives, teachers and students in the areas of Communication skills, MBTI, NLP, Sales strategies, Accelerated Learning techniques, brain based learning, emotional intelligence, knowledge acquisition, conflict management and leadership methodologies. Some of his recent clients include the Singapore Technologies Engineering, Defence Science and Technology Agency, Great Eastern Life, Marché Restaurant, Singapore Armed Forces, Bayer Business Services, Singapore Petroleum Company and Citibank Indonesia.

 

Muhd Amin Morni

Muhd Amin is a Lead Trainer with Adam Khoo Learning Technologies Group (AKLTG) Pte Ltd. As a licensed personal coach and trainer, Amin is adept at bringing the best out of the people that he works with.

Amin’s dynamic training delivery combined with humor allows people to get comfortable and understand a lot better. Once just an average student, Amin soared to become the top Malay Student in his Secondary School through personal peak performance strategies. He repeated this feat once again in his Junior College for his A-level examinations and followed this with a Degree in Computing Science from the National University of Singapore (NUS). Amin has since moved on to share his strategies and inspire various participants through programs such as the ‘I Am Gifted, So Are You!’™ and Superkids™ programs in various schools as well as the PSLE Congress held in partnership with Mediacorp.

Amin has touched the lives of more than 10,000 people regionally in Singapore, India, Indonesia and Malaysia infusing in them the desire to live the life of their dreams while walking the path of excellence. His experiences in social and community work with the Children’s Cancer Foundation, where he was awarded a Special Commendation, equips him with the extra edge to manage and counsel people from all walks of life with broader perspective.

 

Leroy Frank Ratnam

Certified Licensed Trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming™ 

Leroy Frank Ratnam is a Trainer with Adam Khoo Learning Technologies Group (AKLTG) Pte. Ltd and he specializes in Personal Peak Performance, Communication, Sales and Leadership.

He is a trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLPTM) and was personally trained by Dr. Richard Bandler and John LaVelle. He is personally licensed by Dr. Richard Bandler – The Founder of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), in the area of Peak Performance training.

Leroy graduated from the National University of Singapore, majoring in English Language and Sociology and also brings to participants of his training programmes years of corporate experience in leadership and sales.

A master of the English language and well-versed in Influence, he uses language patterns effectively to penetrate the thoughts and emotions of people he trains. His knowledge of Sociology also provides him with the understanding required to assess how people think and behave accordingly to the society they live in. It is with this sensitivity that many people he trains find themselves very comfortable with him as a trainer.

Having held various leadership positions in his life, Leroy is able to inspire and motivate the people he meets with passion and sincerity. He has held leadership positions as a prefect in his Primary and Secondary Schools. He was a Student Councillor in his Junior College. He was also the Captain of his Secondary School Cricket Team in which he lead them to 3 championships in 3 years and Captain of his Junior College Cricket Team for 2 years.

He was also the youngest Vice-Captain of the Singapore U-23 National Cricket Team at the age of 17. As a student leader for the greater part of his life, he has learnt valuable lessons as to what being a leader is and is able to share these lessons with the people he trains. As a peak performing sportsman, he is also well versed with the use of Sports Psychology and Mental Skills to help athletes achieve breakthrough results in their performances.

Leroy was an industry leading salesperson in Sponsorship Sales in which he worked with some of the leading companies in the industry. In the years spent there, he has mastered the art of selling effectively and has developed communication strategies that help people to effectively communicate their ideas to others. His involvement with many of the largest deals made in the industry has provided him with the knowledge as to what it takes to succeed in the sales line.

Leroy is also the anchor trainer of the motivational programmes run under the Adam Khoo Learning Technologies Group, through which he has touched the lives of teenagers and adults in many schools and organizations in Singapore and the region. Some of the schools and organizations he has worked with are Cedar Girls Secondary School, Dunman Secondary School, Sembawang Secondary School, CHIJ St Nicholas Girl’s School, Singapore Chinese Girls School,Anderson Junior College, Singapore Boy’s Home, Singapore Prison School, Universiti Technology Petronas, St Andrews Junior College, Raffles Junior College, Raffles Institution, and many more.

 

Gerald Lee

Trainer

Gerald Lee is a Trainer for the “I Am Gifted, So Are You!™ junior/senior” training workshops conducted by Adam Khoo Learning Technologies Group (AKLTG) Pte. Ltd, and a certified Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming™ (NLP). At the age of 19, Gerald became the youngest trainer and helped touch the lives of others around him. His diverse knowledge in Electrical/Power Engineering and Fitness contributed to his ability to be a competent in his field.

Gerald has trained regionally like Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. Given his passion and enthusiasm, he is able to communicate effectively with the youth of today. His unique style has allowed him to aid children and teenagers to excel in their areas of personal and academic excellence.

Gerald has adopted leadership models from various sources and created his own leadership model. He has implemented his leadership model in the current Teenager Leadership Camp, which is held in Indonesia.

Gerald has been engaged for his counseling services to help foster better relationship between parent and child. His vast knowledge in this field has allowed him to employ strategies during his training as well.

Gerald has since touched the lives of more than 30,000 students motivating them to take action and achieve their dreams. Some of the educational institutions that Gerald has worked with are Cedar Secondary, Crescent Girls School, St Patrick’s Secondary, Fuchun Secondary and Primary, Keming primary, Townsville Primary and Princess Elizabeth Primary.

In 2000, Gerald spearheaded a project which earned him a spot in the Design and Technology Centre of Excellence. Furthermore, his project was selected for the Tah Kah Kee Young Inventors Award. Gerald was also given colours award for his outstanding contribution to the National Cadet Corps (NCC).

In 2003, Gerald was sent to Loughborough University , UK , to provide the research team with his technical/troubleshooting capabilities to design thermocouple amplifiers.

In 2004, Gerald was attached to Cisco to aid in the integration of the VOIP phone with the Singapore Stock Exchange Website.

In 2006, Gerald attained the prestigious gold award for his major contribution to the WITS project which is held annually by SPRING SINGAPORE. During his national service, he was also given a commanding post to aid in the restructuring of his unit.

In 2009, Gerald made use of his analytical and programming skills to design a face-recognition system to establish face-morphing capabilities.
