I Am Gifted! Foundation
Trainer
Pamela is an Assistant Trainer with Adam Khoo Learning Technologies Group Pte Ltd and has experience in training and coaching programs like “I Am Gifted, So Are You™”, “SuperKids™”, Life Skills and Team-Building. She is currently under the personal tutelage of Master Trainers Mr. Adam Khoo and Mr. Gary Lee – who are pioneers of Motivational Training and Accelerated Learning in Singapore. She is also trained in Brain-Based Learning directly under Dr. Eric Jensen - the founder of Brain-Based Learning.
As a graduate from Laselle-SIA and a certified Counselor from Singapore Association of Counselling, Pamela has a calling to impact lives and has done so since 2003 through her involvement with YMCA and Emmanuel Student Care Services.
Having developed a passion for Drama while studying at Lasalle, Pamela enjoys performing and believes that Drama is a powerful and interesting tool that can be used to reach out to the masses. She uses it effectively for various purposes, from imparting values, to improving communication skills, and to make learning come alive for her participants.
Pamela also has a heart for the youth and pours a large part of her energy into currently mentoring more than 100 youths in her church since becoming a youth leader in 2004. Despite setbacks, disappointments and challenges in her journey of transforming lives, Pamela’s resilient effort has helped many youths break out of their comfort zones and limiting beliefs, and brought hopes and directions into their lives.
Having held various leadership positions in her life, Pamela is able to inspire and motivate the people she meets with passion and sincerity. She has held leadership positions throughout her school years as Chief Executive Councillor 2, Netball Captain, Cross-Country Captain, Track & Field Captain, House Captain etc. With her wealth of leadership experience, Pamela imparts more than just the appropriate leadership skills, but most importantly - the Heart of A Leader.
Pamela’s unique combination of skills and heart for Training, Drama, Counseling, Leadership and Mentoring has effectively impacted the lives of many students and adults in various programs over the years. She has trained in Northview Primary, Mee Toh Primary, Greendale Secondary, Bendemeer Secondary, Jurong West Secondary and Jurongville Secondary, CHIJ OLGC, Xingnan Primary to name a few. She has also received special commendations from PLMGS (Secondary) and Woodlands Ring Secondary for producing positive, tangible improvements in the lives of students she trained.
Assistant Trainer
Tracy is an Assistant Trainer with Adam Khoo Learning Technologies Group Pte Ltd and has experience in training and coaching programs like “I Am Gifted, So Are You™”, “SuperKids™” and Life Skills.
She is a goal-oriented individual, who has persistently battled her journey towards her goals. In 2002, she was labeled an underachiever upon receiving her invalid ‘A’ Level certificate. Given the alternative to retake her ‘A’ Levels, Tracy allegedly took up the challenge of admitting to a polytechnic instead. Surrounded by relatively junior peers, Tracy survived social pressures, and realizes the need to persevere and shine amongst the thousands.
Bearing that as a goal in her life, she graduated in 2006 with a Diploma in Tourism Management, with Merits. She was also a recipient of Temasek Polytechnic’s Director’s Honours List for three consecutive years. In 2008, she graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Major in Marketing. Her academic background provides her with a broad and unique perspective on trends influencing the society, especially that of the youth, which fundamentally forts a good grounding for training.
Tracy sees her setback in education as a wake up call to her life. Having successfully transformed impediments into turning points in life, this embraces her eagerness and passion to share her life story, to impact and rekindle the young soul of others.
Enriched with optimism and zest, Tracy strives to allow her audience to effectively learn and appreciate the techniques in a most fun filled environment. Having first-hand experience in the effectiveness of accelerated learning techniques during her tertiary days, she is keen on sharing these techniques with thousands of others that she anticipates on encountering.
Tracy strongly believes in a saying by Friedrich Nietzsche, a 19th Century German philosopher, “That which does not kill us makes us stronger.” Everyday, she lives by this belief, and looks forward to bring out that same strength and glimmer that she has out of others.
Trainee Trainer
Priscilla Looi graduated from the University of London in 2007 with a Bachelor in Sciences. Her majors were in Banking and Finance thus giving her keen analytical skills and the ability to assess situations in a calm yet decisive manner.
Before embarking on her journey with Adam Khoo Learning Technologies group, Priscilla was recruited into one of the top stock broking companies in Asia. Appointed as one of the trainers in the company, Priscilla was given the task of developing new curriculum for representatives of the company. She also played multiple roles in facilitating and training.
Being in a fast paced industry, Priscilla by providence or serendipity was given the opportunity to grow and develop her skills within a short period of time. Prior to this juncture, Priscilla was a Master of Ceremony for numerous events at her educational institution and was no stranger to public speaking. Through these experiences, she attained the creative ability to think “out of the box” and to engage her audience with her welcoming personality.
As early as her secondary school days, Priscilla has always participated in programs that allowed her to assume a leadership position. In programs such as National Wide Service Learning Project and the Helper for Finance Uncovered (2004). Since then, it has always been her life’s calling to inspire and to assist individuals to learn, grow and succeed.
Being passionate and enthusiastic about what she does, Priscilla quickly picked up the effective skills whilst developing the expertise of Accelerated Learning Techniques with ease. What is even more surprising is that she is able to infuse the essence Accelerated Learning Techniques with her own of style training.
Having trained thousands of students up to date, comments of Priscilla’s trainings have always been that she was able to present a fresh perspective while making it fun and engaging, like she always does.
