In this 21st Century, there are no shortages of challenging opportunities, which are increasing in number and complexity. The most significant contribution student leaders can make is not simply to today’s issues and goals but rather to the long-term development of people, communities, and institutions so they can adapt and thrive. Leaders bring forth the best from themselves and others. When the leader in everyone is liberated, extraordinary things happen. We train leadership as a journey, and not a destination, and the conclusion of any successful endeavour simply marks the start for the next one.

Personal Leadership

Cohort Personal Leadership is characterized by students’ ability to take on positive, healthy challenges at school and home, with family and friends. They are able to express their ideas and are willing to accept consequences for their actions while tackling new endeavours without the fear of failure or success. Our Personal Leadership series serves to build confidence in their abilities, to encourage them to dream about their future while motivating them to set goals in the present.

Leadership Academy

Student Leaders The Leadership Academy is about teaching student leaders to mobilize others to get extraordinary things done in organizations. It’s about proven principle- based leadership skills, which can transform values into actions, visions into realities, obstacles into innovations. It’s about leadership that creates the culture where challenging opportunities are transformed into remarkable successes and setbacks transformed into comebacks. Customized, modular and progressive, the Leadership Academy creates a common leadership language for the school, with emphasis on post-training internalization for greater sustainability
