Then the Youth Leadership Academy (YLA) is the opportunity you are looking for! YLA provides you with all the above opportunities while you continue to study. YLA aims to provide multi-disciplinary training rotating you through our various vocations, where you can learn and apply your skills existing and new found in a youthful, dynamic and flexible nurturing environment.

Coaches

At Youth Division, coaches are a key resource in optimizing our coach to student ratio and to make I Am Gifted! the best holiday camp ever. All coaches are rigorously trained in indoors coaching as well as outdoors facilitation skills, our success principles and curriculum to ensure high quality knowledge transfers and delivery. As a large majority of our coaches are also graduates of our signature "I Am Gifted!" holiday Programmes they are able to go beyond just imparting knowledge and share their personal experiences with their participants. 

Training Assistants

Training Assistants (TAs) are the "unseen stagehands" critical to the success of our holiday program. Trained in various aspects of events management, our TAs manages all aspects of the operations on the grounds freeing our trainers to concentrate on training.
